Modern science has begun to recognize what the ancient mystics and wise men have told us for centuries; that everything is in a constant state of vibration. Everything down to the smallest physical particle to the things we cannot perceive with our (yet) limited senses.
The most elemental state of vibration is that of sound. Everything has an optimum range of vibration (frequency), and that rate is called resonance. When we are in resonance, we are balanced. To understand the healing power of 432 Hz, we must first learn about the 8Hz frequency. 432Hz resonates with the frequency of 8Hz in the standard musical scale. It is said that 7.86Hz – 8Hz is the fundamental “beat” of the planet. The heartbeat of the Earth is better known as Schumann resonance and is named after physicist Winfried Otto Schumann, who mathematically documented Mother Earths frequency in 1952.
The “ordinary” thought waves created by the human brain range from 14Hz to 40Hz. This range only includes certain types of dendrites in the brain which is predominantly within the left (the rational, logical and analytical) hemisphere of the brain. This frequency range resonates with the standard 440Hz tuned music.
If the two hemispheres of our brain are synchronized with each other – “unlocked and unused” potential and resources in our subconscious mind (connected to the right hemisphere) becomes awakened in this synchronization. All brain cell dendrites then operate with the maximum information flow possible between both hemispheres. Scientists call this “whole brain synchronization” and when achieved, your brain experiences extremely beneficial changes in hemispheric blood flow and chemistry.
Numerous electroencephalograph (EEG) studies have shown that humanity’s greatest philosophers, thinkers, inventors, and artists use both brain hemispheres together, in unison. 432 Hz music works to balance both hemispheres of the brain, forcing them to work in harmony.
Unfortunately, most people use one hemisphere more than the other, creating an imbalance in their physiology and psychology.
According to Brain T. Collins, a musician, and researcher, the standard pitch (A=440 Hz) does not harmonize on any level that corresponds to cosmic movement, rhythm, or natural vibration. Some of the greatest musicians such as Mozart and Verdi based their music on the natural vibration of A=432. Many ancient instruments are adjusted at 432Hz. Tibetan monks tune their singing bowls to 432 Hz.
432Hz is even connected to the numbers used in the construction of a variety of ancient works and sacred places, such as the Great Pyramid of Egypt. It is because the ancients knew that this tone is closely related to the universe around us. It’s true that it is only 8 Hz (eight vibrations per second) different from the standard tuning, but this small difference seems to be remarkable to our human consciousness.
Listening to 432Hz music resonates inside our body, releases emotional blockages and expands our consciousness. 432Hz allows us to tune into the wisdom of the Universe, Divine Intelligence, and our Soul. It creates Unity instead of separation. It expands our hearts and makes us more compassionate and loving. One thing is for sure.
