Research tells us about the many ways in which smiling is beneficial for our everyday lives. But did you know that consciously faking a smile still gives you the same benefits?
We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do.

Here are 4 amazing benefits of smiling.
1.
Smiling makes us more attractive to other people! There is literally an automatic attraction to people who smile. If you want to look good for somebody or just give someone good vibes, simply smile. The receivers brain will light up when you looks at them with a warm smile, in most cases! Holding a positive intention in your mind will increase the effect.
2.
Smiling decreases stress and makes you happier. If you’re feeling stressed or negative, you can dig yourself out of that hole starting by putting a smile on your face. Even the most forced smiles are proven to decrease stress and normalize your heart rate and blood pressure.
3.
Smiling releases Endorphins and serotonin which are natural pain relievers.
4.
Smiling breaks the brain’s natural tendency to think negative. Smiling rewires your brain and creates more positive patterns compared to negative ones. The more you smile the more positive behavioural patterns you create. So smile in situations where you would normally feel nervous or any other negative emotion, to change that pattern with a more positive pattern. For example if your feeling nervous doing a presentation in front of many people, smile. The more you do it, the more you tell your brain that the experience you are having is positive. And suddenly after doing it some times you will start to naturally feel good doing what you used to be scared of.
